Material and Contract Services - LLC’s mission is to provide programs and systems to reduce purchase item costs, to improve procurement processes, to reduce your expenditures for commodities, equipment and services and to provide platforms and e-commerce programs at reasonable prices. Our cooperative/volume purchase programs leverage spending of the cooperative base and we negotiate agreements to provide best-value procurement opportunities.

Our platform of e-procurement solutions will provide methods to improve the receiving, accounts payable and vendor payment process. The platform also improves your visibility of practice expenditures by product category, by supplier and by department or employee. The E-Zbuy software has features which allow the user to enter budget controls to a commodity, product, employee or department. Purchases are restricted when the budget dollar amount is exceeded. An option to our e-procurement platform is an inventory module which can be used to track inventory balances, issues and incoming shipments etc.
